I have Amazon Stealth account ready to use, I was thinking of buying a Refurbished laptop and connecting to Internet using a new USB dongle with a three sim card.
The laptop and USB dongle will be solely used for the stealth account only, and nothing else.
Has anyone used a refurb laptop for Amazon Stealth, would this be safe?

You should be just fine, buying a new or used laptop with a VPN is really no different than using a VM, I would just give the computer a fresh install just to be sure though.
