I notice a lot of people obviously selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ as "seller refurbished" are they allowed to do this because they will not need to verify whether the goods are even real?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Nothing wrong with an item being seller refurbished. What makes you think its not genuine?
People selling a laptop that they cracked a screen on could easily replace the screen, reformat all the hard drives, replace the keyboard and then be able to sell the laptop as seller refurbished without running into issues.
I agree with JamesNorth101. While it is certainly POSSIBLE that some people are selling "seller refurbished" products that are counterfeit, I think it is much more likely that they are actually refurbished. Some people have sources for these items and do this for a living.
I have a friend who buys broken consoles and controllers and repairs them to sell on bay lol.. so you cannot say they all foofoo..
He gets them from car boots etc..
I was just going to add there that it is not difficult to acquire refurbished tech, there is quite a lot of it about and this does kind of follow on from Bunneh's comment there saying she knows someone who does these refurbs. Not one for people just starting up new accounts of course.
Thats the prpblem with ebay, so much stuff is so obviously ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
Other stuff you can not be sure.
I know I get atleast 5-10 emails a year asking if what I sell is genuine. Its usually for something that retails for £30 or less. I feel like replying back "who the hell counterfits a £30 item you dope?"

I get those morons too once in awhile. I tend to block those people since in a lot of cases those kind of people will come up with something else in order to get the product for free.
