However are account is fine. Not suspended. What should I do? I am freaking out! Please help!

You can open a new ticket on the site to see if they'll tell you your account status, just in case. Not worth it to reply to performance with that question as they'll make it worse.

You do want to check your metrics on the site to see if there is an issue with tracking info not registering properly. They assume there's a problem if you mark it as shipped with a tracking #, but it doesn't register in the carrier's system until a few days later and assume you are shipping late.

If you save any kind of receipt contact them with this info and that might help.

lots of mistake have been happening on amazon lately. Contact cs and see if you receive this email that was meant for someone else.
