Can you convert Stealth account into a verified account undersomeone else's info ?

Is it possible to convert / link up a stealth account with a new company / person who never had an Amazon account before ?

I am saying because normalyl the stealth accounts have set limits per year e.g. $100K a year, in order to sell more than that, is it possible to link them up with a person/company who never had an Amazon account under their name ?

I am talking for both Amazon US and Amazon UK account.

What is this 100K limit? I've never heard of any such thing. Pretty sure Amazon requires real information regardless of how much you sell.
