Sole Trader to Limited Company and now Banned
Hi Guys, Any advice would be appreciated,
I wanted to change from Sole to Limited, seller support said it was OK and required me to re-verify, after attempting this i was informed i had to create a new account, my account was blocked and funds held for 90 days.
I accept its a new legal entity so a new account makes sense, problem is now after creating a new account with all my company details the new account has been automatically blocked (probably due to matching details from my old account).
I have contacted seller performance and verification team, as well as the MD, nobody is responding to me at all to get this resolved.
Does anybody know who i can contact that may be able to help?
MD replied to my first e-mail stating that i can no longer sell on my original account (which is fine) but they didn't comment on opening a new one for my limited company, now they are just not responding.
are there any alternative ways of getting back on Amazon?
