Default Sole Trader to Limited Company and now Banned

Hi Guys, Any advice would be appreciated,

I wanted to change from Sole to Limited, seller support said it was OK and required me to re-verify, after attempting this i was informed i had to create a new account, my account was blocked and funds held for 90 days.

I accept its a new legal entity so a new account makes sense, problem is now after creating a new account with all my company details the new account has been automatically blocked (probably due to matching details from my old account).

I have contacted seller performance and verification team, as well as the MD, nobody is responding to me at all to get this resolved.

Does anybody know who i can contact that may be able to help?

MD replied to my first e-mail stating that i can no longer sell on my original account (which is fine) but they didn't comment on opening a new one for my limited company, now they are just not responding.

are there any alternative ways of getting back on Amazon?

Just received an e-mail saying I've had my account reinstated but when i login i get the following error.

This account is not associated with a valid merchant/marketplace..
Please click this link to sign in again.

imagine how i felt when i read the e-mail saying that i had been reinstated and then this :(

Still no reply or help from Amazon.

seems they didn't close my first account properly and now my new one is banned, typical!

You needed to get pre-approval from seller PERFORMANCE to open a new account.

Seller Support gives advice that gets people suspended all the time.

I took there message of "you need to open a new account" literally then, i should have reported back to them, i spoke to support who said i was misinformed, and i could change from sole to ltd, she said she would get in contact with the team who would then get in contact with me within 24 hours....its been 3 days.

Seller support sux.

They communicate like soulless bots who copy / paste text.

At a time when I just began selling on Amazon I was also misinformed by seller support which led to an account suspension.

Also, whenever there is an issue with a listing they always "transfer" the information to a corresponding team..
An never contact me back no matter how many times I sent a reminder to that case. #yolo
