can i use US ebay & paypal account in Au????

if i ask my friends who is staying at US, register a new US ebay and paypal account (with their bank, address, phone at US), then i use it in Au for selling.
Can i do that??

U can, I using same too. But need a PP account in AU is verified

Do you mean he may use US ebay account but linking an AU verified paypal account?

My questions ia bout the same.lol.Can I use AU's ebay account but linking to my verified CN paypal?
