can i use US ebay & paypal account in Au????

if i ask my friends who is staying at US, register a new US ebay and paypal account (with their bank, address, phone at US), then i use it in Au for selling.
Can i do that??

Yeah, you would need an AU verified PayPal.

I think you can do it as long as your paypal wasn't linked to any other ebay accounts.
