Is this what EB are doing to combat stealth
 

Hey guys ive never had this message before and happened only a week after creating account just wondering is this what EB might be doing to combat us stealth guys can i expect this everytime i create a new account because if this is the case i think stealth for new members who havnt made the accounts yet may be over :( Which i hope is not the case as i have alot of dvd's to sell.

A. Public utility bill in recent 3 months (Electricity bill/water tap
bill/gas bill). If you are tenant, a piece of paper contract of rent
with stamp on it is required.
B. Bank statement of your credit card transaction within recent 3
months

Ok just wierd that ive never had it before and all of a sudden i get it. And i sell dvds with all my accounts. Just wondering why this one got targeted when i have set it up the same as rest.

I can easily provide ID docs - but what about the proof of purchase stuff... time to get created? any idea if it will work? anyone had exp with this one???

I don't think that it's the DVDs. You can list pretty much everything from day one if you do it right and don't screw up (I have done Apple products immediately and never had an issue, for instance). You must have done something else that flagged the account, such as changing information soon after registration or listing multiple auctions at once. Those are two of things that have got me this problem in the UK.

Could you shed some light as to the proof of purchase that eBay wants? how do we provide this to them if we dont have it. Any tips on how to create one?

They want to see a recipt of where you Purchased you Ebay Account,,,,,

Use you Brains for gods sake,,,"Creating" all thay want is Easy,,,,,

ofcourse it is... and I am pretty good at it.

AL i'm saying is what tips and suggestions can you give to do it right and what form of proof, etc.

so feel free to add some input if you are here to help and get help, it is a forum after all for this purpose...
