I think (I stress think) that Paypal needs to comply with unclaimed monies law(s) in Australia. If money they are refusing to release is covered by these laws there might be another way to claim back money that Paypal refuses to release. I was having a play with one of these unclaimed money sites and did come across a Paypal issue. So this info might be of some use to you guys who Paypal have ripped off ...

I never leave more than $500 AUD in an account at a time.
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of PP's T&Cs
