im currently having 2 pp accounts, which have been suspended already. There are some customers who ask me to refund them. I know i can ring pp service up in order to refund them. The question is if i can be able to use same mobile to call pp service in order to issue refund on the base of my 2 pp account. is PP able to track it?

You can refund the customer directly through PP website. You don't need to call them.

Go to the "Detail" of the transaction, and about a third of the way down the page is a "refund" link.

Probably it is different from states. I wont be able to refund if my pp is limited. I gta ring pp serivce up and tell them to assist me to refund. Of course, i gta answer those stupid security questions , phone number etc, which is annoying.

You cant refund directly with PP limited unless buyer opens up a claim - you can ask them to do it. Takes a bit of time. I have called and that's the way I do it.

Either something has changed or you guys are different than USA. In Jan when I got limited I had over $3000 sitting in PP. If I didn't have it shipped already I just refunded on each one. --without the buyer opeing up a claim.

Maybe I need to read more about the differences overseas.
