Paypal Limited and customer asking for a refund
 
Ok so one of my Paypal accounts is limited. And as usual asking for ID. This account i really dont want to have because it is a new account and i know i will get a bad feedback anyway. This customer is asking for a refund due to faulty item. Now i have no idea what to do? I cant refund when paypal is limited. Do i let them deal with paypal and just not respond? Or do i ask for banking details and send him the money.

I havnt taken the money out of paypal so i am kinda annoyed.

Please help!

Most of the time, you are still able to refund buyers even with the account limited.

If not, you have to provide the ID that PayPal is requesting and hope for the best.

If you cant provide the docs they want, tell the buyers to open up disputes.

^^^Yeah smithgroup is right!

You might as well give PP what they want to remove the limitation though, nothing to lose. ;)
