Ok so one of my Paypal accounts is limited. And as usual asking for ID. This account i really dont want to have because it is a new account and i know i will get a bad feedback anyway. This customer is asking for a refund due to faulty item. Now i have no idea what to do? I cant refund when paypal is limited. Do i let them deal with paypal and just not respond? Or do i ask for banking details and send him the money.
I havnt taken the money out of paypal so i am kinda annoyed.
