Paypal Starting to Use Aus Post Document Verification

Had an email from Paypal, just a routine one not out of the ordinary that mentions to prove your identity once you go above the $1000 mark you can now present your documents at Australia Post and they will verify your identity for Paypal. Same as doing the 100 point check for opening a bank account...

Australia is fast getting a reputation as a Nanny State this is an other example. But this might as far as I can see knock stealth accounts on the head.
