Default New PP Acc questions

Hi folks, just need to refresh my memory...

1. Is Post Office CC still OK to use?
2. How much is the limit to receive on a new PP bank verified account?
3. Can our contact number still be a mob number or does it have to be landline for sure?

Thanks so much

1. Registrable so sure.
2. Not sure for Aus. Other folx will chime in.
3. Seen both work for Aus.

1. Not sure but I use the Woolworths Everyday Money card
$2.95, not reloadable, no ID req'd.
2. Unsure but we face the anti-money laundering issue at $1000
3. Landline is now req'd for eB verification

How do you go about it?
Use a friend's/relative's house number?
Will this link that friend's/relative's account?

You know what? I would have a problem verifying with a landline even if I used all my real details because I do not have a landline in my house!
This landline phone is becoming obsolete in many households because everyone has a mobile phone these days.
Dumb policy!

I used a mobile phone to verify today, and I am in the UK. I even routed 10 "virtual" numbers to it with Soho66 and it worked for verification.
