What is the best pp cards for Australian account holders? And the lowest minimum? hahaha I dont want to spend more than $5 :( possible? which one?

Woolies mastercards have been good for me $3.95 for the card and minimum $20 load which of course you can spend once you have finished using it to verify

Even though you have to load $20 you get a physical card that you can use the $20 or do some shopping on eBay

Just want to add, leave $2 for pp verification.. So, if you load $20, spent only $18..

EP has lower load requirements so good to try that. $5 bux is doable once you load up your main VCC - transfer funds to sub VCCs
