Ebay Account A - Paypal A with 4 sub-emails accounts
Ebay Account E - suspended due to limited Paypal account
Ebay Account D - led to limited Paypal and Ebay suspension
Ebay Account B - limited Paypal account
Ebay Account C - limited Paypal account
All on same IP however all in different Ebay names and addresses apart from C, D & E same address.
Brother's Paypal account got limited however his Ebay is fine. I'm going to have the IP changed so I can open a stealth account. Question is, is my brother able to save his Ebay account and open a new Paypal account with the new IP address? I don't understand why his Paypal got affected due to the same IP even though his Paypal account is separate from mine.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
If his PP is limited, and it is linked to his EB, then that EB cannot be used with PP anymore. Any others PP that get attached to it will be limited, and it will eventually result in the EB being limited.

His PayPal used the same IP. That made a link so that is a problem
No he should not make another PayPal for his eBay. Will not work. He also should not use the same IP as you. Link is dangerous

Thanks everyone. So I understand all the Paypal accounts got linked. What I don't understand is why the Ebay ABC isn't suspended.
I'm so stupid. I applied for an increase on Ebay A and it was brought to their attention that the Paypal account is limited. Now they ask to sort out the limit however it's not possible. Ebay account has now gone down the drain!
So if the EB account has gone south don't even bother with applying for an increase or can it be done through email/online chat (it'll lead to the same thing?).
On another note, I'm sure EB has access to account messages however they don't look in on messages right?

They can and have looked in on messages - what they do is up to them...can never really tell what actions they take...depends on risk of account(s)

If one chooses to use a public address and therefore have no access to it, what other methods can be used for contacting the seller to have goods sent to a burnt address besides EB message and directly emailing the seller?

You can write a message to the seller saying you would e-mail him separately - mind you, some sellers may not like shipping to an address NOT on pp file for coverage reasons. You will have to work it out with your seller
