Default does ebay manually look at first listings

does ebay manually look at a first listing to see what it is or do bots do it. I am trying to figure out low risk item for the first week that they would not pay attention to. Something like a book, or a recipe (mailed not digital) I want to know about how long does ebay watch a new account, when can you start listing items that are medium risk a few at a time spread out over multiple accounts

They simply wouldn't have the manpower to manually look at every new accounts first listings.

Its all done by bots who look for specific categories and key words.
They have rather sophisticated algorithms that can sniff out anything they would consider suspicious or high risk.
