Default free postage plus insurance charge
i list my items buy it now, offer free post but make buyer pay for insurance which is only fair if they dont want to go missing

some of my listings show insurance charge as included with free post but some listings charge the insurance?

any ideas why it would do this?

Not enough details were provided, you do know when you list an item you have the option of marking insurance as included in shipping or mark it separate. That sounds like your problem.
