Digital downloads - anyway around this?

Hi guys.

Would any of you happen to know is there away around being able to list digital downloads as a buy it now on ebay uk?

I think ebay has prohibited these sort of listings anymore and they are only available on the classified ads.

How could I list this as a buy it now, but I dont want to get suspended again, or do I just forget about it, does anyone else have this problem?

I remember someone saying they were listing them on a CD, then after the sale would ask the customer if they would prefer a instant download.

Otherwise I haven't seen any other ways around it.

They've been listing them for ages now called ebook on cd and they only send the cd if you request it unless they don't have free shipping. I buy at least 5 on every account I start for feedback.

i think they work if u you use category everything-other i seen alot of them still for sale using buy it now,

its fine if you put will send out via cd then just send as email

You list it as ebook cd and in the 'books "other"' category and I never send the cd, nobody ever asks about it since most people just want the feedback. I send all my ebooks by e-mail pdf attachment.

I don't think you need bit torrent for ebooks, that's usually for downloading movies and what not, .pdf, .zip, .rar and so on those are some of the files you download ebooks with and they're free too.

What about when leaving feedback? should we tell the buyers to wait a few days before leaving any?

Some people leave feedback after they commit to buy and never even pay for it just to take advantage of people that use automated feedback, and most people don't want to bother disputing over a dollar.

Im not worried about the disputes, what i am asking is if getting instant positive feedback will tip off ebay that your selling digital goodS?

ok your talking about a dollar here..well some lady did a dispute on me over .05 and left me negative feedback calling me a "liar and a scam artist"..it was for sports cards...i emailed her and chewed her ass out,and she complained to ebay and ebay gave me a warning..i was like are you serious? she called me a scam artist over .05 when the auction cost me .15 to list and i think they took .07 on file fee..i went off at her calling her a bored housewife with no life and alot of other nasty stuff but ya youd be surprised man how people are

Yeah I know there's people like that out there, I've been lucky enough not to run into any of them yet. I sell dollar ebooks listed as ebook cd but never send the cd, just send it to their e-mail after purchase and never have any complaints.
