What to do if buyer doesn't pay
 

Just curious what most people think should be done when a buyer simply doesnt pay and or doesnt respond to emails. Is it best to file a dispute or just let it slide? Obviously, filing a dispute will get your listing fees back, but don't you risk the buyer paying once the dispute is opened and then leaving you negative feedback for the hassle?

nothing you can do but file dispute....you need fees back after all..cant leave neg if strike goes against them

just file dispute,you can not treat these kind cheaters well,otherwise you will be hurted

Be sure that when you open your non payment case against a dead beat, that you CLOSE THE CASE IN 4 DAYS. You WILL NOT get your final value and listing fees back if you do not manually close it after for days! :thumb:

If they leave a negative and then get an unpaid item strike, it can and will be removed.

why would they leave negative feedback if they didnt even pay? lol

Dude, I've seen it happen.... and it's really, really annoying when they do.

It's usually someone who purchases, doesn't pay right away, and then says, oh wait I one another auction, or I changed my mind. I refuse, and they don't pay, and leave me negative..... UGH!
