Why not? they make enough profit from stealing peoples funds. I don't see anything wrong with doing my business legitimately when they rip others sellers and buyers out of their money.

also, the 1% of people scamming them is no comparison to the large number of customers they rip off, so I say if anyone is intelligent enough to do it then well deserved and kudos to them (it's a hard earned skill).

I was banned and am worried now to make a new account, I need to offload all my products, let me know, Id really like to make a new account however my address would be kindve bad too if they ask fr it

The first account took 3 weeks and 7 calls to customer service in Columbia and UK since I didn't want to upload my passport photo twice. The last operator finally convinced to upload again and viola, was verified within 24hrs.
