Can I use VCC for set up automatic payment ebay seller fees?

hi every body.just have 1 question can I use vcc for set up automatic payment ebay seller fess? can anyone suggest what kind of vcc should be used?
OR
can i use the entropay card for that purpose? At this moment, can we still able use unverified paypal account for ebay seller account?

I'm very appreciated with any help.

vcc for set up automatic payment ebay seller fess? I did the same thing last week.

SG $20 card doesn't work for ebay US, It said you can't use a prepaid card.
