hi every body.just have 1 question can I use vcc for set up automatic payment ebay seller fess? can anyone suggest what kind of vcc should be used?
OR
can i use the entropay card for that purpose? At this moment, can we still able use unverified paypal account for ebay seller account?

SG $20 card doesn't work for ebay US, It said you can't use a prepaid card.

The best option is find some exchanger who are make money online. Buy $ and they will transfer to you paypal balance. Then pay the fees. Keep in mind you need to find some trusted service for exchange.

For direct payment on eBay Entropay will work 90% of the time
