unfortunate, I dont think there is a way to reply to customer emails from auctiva. you'd have to sign into ebay for that. please correct me if I am wrong here.
If you signed up on ebay using a stealth IP or dynamic IP, then you're pretty covered. Just make sure you are logged into a dynamic or stealth IP when creating your auctiva a/c and generating an ebay token as well.
As a rule, I always create my stealth ebay and auctiva a/c simulataneously just to make sure all is done from one safe IP address. Ofcourse, you can create an auctiva a/c later whenever you want, but I personally find it easier if the task is done rigth at the beginning.
But as far as checking your ebay emails and replying to them goes, you'd have to log into ebay to do that.
My advice would be to get a dynamic broadband internet to solve the IP problem with your ebay. |
