Default How can i reply question from Auctiva

Hi guys

As aspkin says in the Stealth Book, the auctiva would not share your ip details with ebay and good to use.
I'm using now, but can't find how to reply the buyers' questions from ebay.
Do i have to sign in the ebay again to reply this email or any other ways from auctiva? Because i don't want the ebay to know my IP.

Thanks

Hey,

Don't you require an eBay account before you can create an Auctiva account?

If so then eBay will already have your IP address, and it wont matter if you log into eBay or not.

IDK not much help, sorry.

Yes, i know.
When i signed up a new id, i used a 'good' ip, ebay can't recognise me.
as the auctiva would not share the ip with ebay, i plan to use a old ip later which was suspended by ebay before, but can't answer email in auctiva, i have to enter ebay to answer them.
Is there any way to answer the ebay email without enter the ebay???

Hi there,

unfortunate, I dont think there is a way to reply to customer emails from auctiva. you'd have to sign into ebay for that. please correct me if I am wrong here.

If you signed up on ebay using a stealth IP or dynamic IP, then you're pretty covered. Just make sure you are logged into a dynamic or stealth IP when creating your auctiva a/c and generating an ebay token as well.

As a rule, I always create my stealth ebay and auctiva a/c simulataneously just to make sure all is done from one safe IP address. Ofcourse, you can create an auctiva a/c later whenever you want, but I personally find it easier if the task is done rigth at the beginning.

But as far as checking your ebay emails and replying to them goes, you'd have to log into ebay to do that.

My advice would be to get a dynamic broadband internet to solve the IP problem with your ebay.
