 Ato 2011 assistance please
Hi all E-bay sent a message advises these details would be sent to ATO and Centerlink.
?Contact name and user ID
?Email Address and IP Address
?Company /Business Number and ABN
?Address
?Telephone numbers
?Date of Birth
?Registration Date
?Banking Account Details
?Monthly sales for the period June 2010 ? June 2011
I understand that it is my responsibility to pay tax on anything that I owe and it is extremely bad to give misleading information.
Thing is the account does not reflect any of my correct information so It is kind of hard to put this on my tax.
I'm sure many people have questions in regards to this.
My concern is in regards to IP address and PHONE number.
My ip is dynamic which always changes and phone is a mobile working SIM with my name.
I'm wondering weather the ATO would go into soo much detail to contact ISP or phone service provider to confirm name/address??
Would e-bay only pull bank details they have or from pay-pal was well??
