Ato 2011 please help.

Ok so I have a stealth account on eBay, has sold over $20,000 the last financial year.

Got an email from eBay.com.au stating that the Ato will be requesting all info.

My info is not real as it's stealth.

Should I be worried?

If I need to pay tax, how do I pay it when my account is stealth? :S

I'm a bit confused, what has happened to other stealth users in previous years about this situation?

im also worried about this for the future as my acc is all stealth info but im sure the IP addresses (although dynamic) can somehow be traced back to me.

what if the ato were to check the acc name and address/d.o.b. and no such person were to exist?

Bottom line: you are earning money. Taxes need to paid. gst needs to be paid.

Speak to a tax accountant on what to do. They will advice on how you earn.
