Have to register with full ID to use them....

You want to lose a parcel, then sign up for this extra service by Australia Post.

Big list of No you can not involved.

One was if the delivery came from a service other than OZ Post, then that delivery could not go to the Parcel Locker.

Other trick was saying on the card your parcel is at XYZ address for collection and then finding out it was elsewhere.

One of our Postal services finer efforts.

Lose a parcel....issues of wrong delivery...non-acceptance of parcels from other services...wow messy.

yep, Australia Post in a nutshell.....

or Royal Mail

or Canada Post

None offer ideal customer service.

Royal Mail are not too bad, its the Post Office that drives me up the wall in the UK.
