how to create a seller's account on ebay.com.au

hey guys, i have just create an ebay account and a verified paypal. however, i don't know how to create a seller's account, as everytime i search on ebay, it shows me "technical problem".
i have heard that i need to list first item to get verification by credit card or phone number. because i have not deceided what to sell, i want to get a seller's account, how can i do.

Easy just go and start a listing, at the end of making ebay will take you to a page that allows you to open a sellers account. Once sellers account is opened you can just cancell the listing. Another way is to go to Personal information in my account in my ebay and click on edit financial information and that will take you to a page to open a sellers account. When in Personal information it may pay to click on addresses and confirm your paypal account is linked to your ebay account

Just hit 'Sell' up the top next to my eBay, follow the directions to write up a listing and at the end of that it will ask you for a credit card to pay fees. No phone verification is required if you choose to pay the fees by credit card.
