I have US paypal and would like to withdraw funds....I am in Canada....Is there any ways?

Plenty of ways actually.
To withdraw safely youll need a US based bank account.
You can get a US based bank account from RBC or TD banks - check with them for more details.
Also, depending on where in Canada you live you can go across the border and open a bank account in the US with any of a number of banks (call before you go to confirm they have no issue with it).

Buying BTC is not as simple as it sounds.
The amount of verification any seller of bitcoin would request of a buyer wishing to use a paypal account will be very high - and that's not easy to provide when youre using a stealth account. Its doable - but not easy.
In addition youll pay a huge premium in the process.
Much easier to get things done properly and just withdraw your funds to a bank account.

There are actually a few banks in the US that will allow for Canadians to register with them by the phone and send in documents for verification.

Would you be able to share which banks would allow sending in the documents and opening a bank account remotely without having to go to the USA?

RBC and TD are two that you can deal with without ever having to go the US.
