US vba that I can have access to

I'm looking for US-based VBA that I can actually login to (on the banking website), and that I have full access to, to send and receive money from. Not only will I be able to receive funds on it (from say paypal), but also to use it to purchase digital currencies, and also to add a debit card to, and such things.

Does such a thing exist for those living outside the US?

No. Those are called actual bank accounts and not virtual bank accounts. The term "virtual" implies you can't use the account for any actual banking activity.

Then is there any "greymarket" seller that can arrange such a thing, for someone who lives outside the US?

Grey Market? this forum doesn't deal in such things, why? because that involves stealing someones Identity and committing a crime.

MM78 is correct - you will need to look outside this forum for those kind of activities. You are at your own risk for that...
