US vba that I can have access to

I'm looking for US-based VBA that I can actually login to (on the banking website), and that I have full access to, to send and receive money from. Not only will I be able to receive funds on it (from say paypal), but also to use it to purchase digital currencies, and also to add a debit card to, and such things.

Does such a thing exist for those living outside the US?

No. Those are called actual bank accounts and not virtual bank accounts. The term "virtual" implies you can't use the account for any actual banking activity.
