Monese bank account was closed

Hello there,



I opened a UK bank Monese account and after 1 month they closed my account with £500 left.I provided all required documents but they informed me with a message :

" You do not currently have any funds on your account due to a bank recall, so therefore we are not required to return anything to you. Your account will be closed as normal."


Where can I get help ? They don't have a physical address.It's a prepaid bank.Please provide some information what to do next, I want to get my money back!

Bank recall means the funds sent in were reversed so if you used monese to withdraw via PP they should come back to your PP acc.
