I totally agree my uaccount is restricted because sub accounts were receiving funds from PayPal.

I just bought on the website "247vcc".
I had to link the VBA to my new PayPal for verification.
First, gave me a sort code and acc. number of Payeneer-Paypall declined it. They changed to a different VBA-and all fine , Paypal accepted. Very low price.I'm happy with their service.

Your flag is Pakistan. How did you register there? And how did you get the card? These banks allow to create account only if you are from EU country and you can order a card to EU adress.
