That's true, sadly about other docs needed.

Maybe take a trip to the USA for your business and do a lot of things to establish services there :)

Or don't use US PP...

I've used US PP for 5 years successfully with Payoneer US bank attached. Untill in May 2019 PP unlinked my bank account. As far as I know I can't list on ebay.com with non-US PP. Or is it possible to list at .com with UK PP? IF yes - will try to create UK PP. But I'm sure that there should be some tricks with US bank account.. And by the way,I didn't knew that my old US PP was created as "stelath" untill I read the book )). I hoped that I will find a way to open US bank account after book&forum, but seems like no. Sad,but true. Or at least there should be some alternative to Payoneer opening US account for non US citizens.
P.S. Also I used US PP of my friend in US,but after ebay mc011 I don't want to use it anymore,because his PP is in ebay list and even if it will be accepted next time, I don't want his PP will be suspended also. Dilemma.

I don't know what's wrong with Israeli,but it is impossible to sell on ebay from UA with UA PP. That's why I'm very interested in US PP. And that's why I asked regarding possibility to sell on ebay.com with UK PP.

Yes,exactly,we can't receive funds at Ukraine PP,it works only for sending. Well, I had to get then other PL docs to verify PL PP,which also is not so easy. Nowhere to run,except stealth and US bank account

i think to exchange money in webmoney. but i believe it will be expensive
