I live in Israel - with US stealth account. how to withdraw?
 

Hi,
I live in Israel any I bought 4 US EBAY + PayPal account.
Also I have 4 dedicated IP's, one for each account.
I already have money on my PayPal accounts.
But how can I get my money out?
Can I open Payoneer account and withdraw to payoneer, and from Payoneer to my real Israeli bank account? and if it's possible, can I open few payoneer accounts with the same israeli bank and the same name?

There is any other way to get may PayPal money to my real Israeli bank account?
What If I open Bank Of America online account? (or any other suggestion?) can I withdraw to this account and send the money to my real one?

I really don't understand how it works.
Please help me!

anyway,

I have 2 accounts that already got suspended for 180 days (sold items too fast). one with 1500$
and the other with 700$
both are verified with 2 payoneer accounts (one with my real name and one with my stealth US name. Both linked to my Israeli bank account).
I did a little test before getting suspended and I succeed to withdraw 50$ from the stealth paypal to the payoneer account. Also wanted to withdraw from payoneer to my real bank, but I need to have more than 50$ for that (had less because they took fees) and I don't know if it will work.

there are any similar ways to withdraw?

No, I linked Israeli bank account to the Payoneer account.
I wanted to withdraw from paypal to payoneer, and from payoneer to my real israeli bank account.
is it possible? how bank payoneer accounts can I open?

And how do I open an account in the US? Can I do it from Israel? Do I need ID? what namedo I use? my real one? my stealth?
Will I be able to send money from the US account to the Israeli?

You need a US bank account - you must either go to US and get it or spend the money (if account is not limited).

You can pm regular ppl when your post count is at 25 - you only have 4 right now.

Is your pp limited?

I Have 21 days hold in my PP.
Can I make big transactions tomy real PayPal to withdraw from there?

There are no more solutions like Payoneer?

No, you need a real US Bank Account.

Someone mentioned using transferwise successfully. Don't know how accurate that is though as I heard that service is problematic at best.

Am also facing the same problem, any ideas on how to withdraw from paypal...and don't tell me to head to US since i don't have a passport, not only a travel visa

if you have a US paypal account,you can only link a US bank account,not a Israeli account,Paypal does not do business with Payoneer bank.
You cannot spend the money in your PAYPAL account either unless you give Paypal your SS number,is that correct?

yOU DONt have to travel to USA to open a US bank account,you can do this online if you have a SSN and US address.

if he does not have SSN,then he cant open a US bank account

It is almost impossible to open a US bank account if you dont have SSN and US residential address.
what is wrong with selling on Ebay with Israel Ebay account and Israeli Paypal account?

you dont want US pp,SOOn they will ask for your social security number which you dont have

you can only send payment,thats all you can do.
Opening UK paypal account is not any better than opening a US Paypal account.
Do you have any bank accounts in say Poland?

if you have a US paypal account ,but do not have a US bank account to transfer your fund ,but you can send payment and buy things,then give this a try-
Western Union accepts Paypal,see if you can try sending money to yourself in Israel or whatever country where Western Union operates close to you.
dont know if it works if Western Union finds out you are not in USA altho you have a US paypal account,but give it a try.
also make sure there is a western union office close to you and you would need ID to claim your money

as already said same country bank can add with pp.
Without personal visit difficult to have US bank account.
You able to withdraw in payoneer but in my opinion that is not a good option.
Another option, can be possible via exchange. If you want i can help you in that.

Yes,they offer,but payoneer account won't go as it works only to receive funds.After sending deposits to account,PP should receive them back from account.And that is the point - it is impossible with payoneer account service. Result: account is removed from PP and flagged for future linking.

And that is the question for non-US citizen.Where he can get SSN. US address I can get from my US friend,but I won't ask him about SSN..

Not entirely true - some banks allow foreigners to open bank accounts with foreign ID.

@DenysUA - those sellers might have just bank accounts to withdraw their US PP balances too. They might have ppl in the USA helping them too - possibly.

Yeah,but at those banks that I saw some other docs are needed,like US VIsa, application for job,etc... Maybe I'm unlucky one, but can't find relevant bank to open US account..
