Try those virtual banks in the US who provide virtual cards. They are many on them.

If a method is used by too many people, it will be banned by eBay. So I don't believe that someone will give us the solution :(

I have been using CASHAPP for the few eBay seller accounts I have and have been receiving my payouts on time without problems even with the cashapp account being setup using a different name than the account holder name for eBay account. The bank behind the cashapp app is Sutton bank. Apparently they do not really trip on deposits coming thru to an account with a name other than the account holder. I hope this helps.

Cashapp is banned now by Ebay, just tried yesterday with fresh ebay account and got restricted with "Upload bank statement" issue which is very difficult to pass.

This information about cashapp being banned and unable to pass the "upload bank statement" demand and scrutiny, is it firsthand?

I ask because back in march my first ever ebay seller account became suspended, the mc11 or whatever it is named. They first asked me to u0pload tracking for all my orders, upload a picture of my id, and i think the request for a bank statement was requested at about this stage of the temp. restriction. cashapp is just an app, the bank behind cashapp is Sutton Bank. Cashapp doesnt offer any statement for its accounts. Sutton Bank does. You can login to sutton bank with your cashapp login and on their site you can get a statement.

Now, even tho i was able to satisfy the bank statement request , i was perm. suspended for not having invoices or receipts for every item sold on my account. I did provide the sales receipt for the purchase of a storage locker and i told them inside the locker is where all these items came from. They did not find that to be enough. I thought it was a prertty good.

There is an app found on the app store called "lance". i dont know if google play store has the appor not. I was able to use this account to sell on ebay and be paid. i have not had to upload a statement for this account but i do know the bank behind lance is Blueridge Bank but, i have not checked to see if i can login and stuff like cashapp and sutton bank. will update when i have more information

Does anyone know if Mercury works? Mercury offers business banking for non-residents.

Sooner or later, ebay will block all prepaid banks, even if they are already listed on ebay. They've stepped up verification since PayPal left, and they'll be tightening it even more.
Everyone remembers how Ebay added a voip phone number, but now it can't be done, only real numbers, it will be with banks and cards.
Ebay pays a lot of money for security, and believe it will continue.

Yea but at the bottom of the page it allows you to manually put in bank routing and account in as you see chase is also not on their list of banks.

*They said a bank statement* meaning any bank statement not necessarily the one listed in your account or I'm I wrong? Since they asked for any utility bill in replacement of a bank statement I figured that mc011 took any bank statement with the account name explains why I got selling only ban on that account. I was able to provide professional doctored receipts however. Scan and photoshop froma real one.

Not only Lance, all the 3rd parties using Blue Ridge Bank N.A are banned from eBay.

Did you show them a picture of storage content and you holding your Ebay ID next to it?
and your passport or driver license ?
Once I was selling some PreColumbian artifacts for a retired dealer and Ebay asked me to show a photo of myself holding up my Ebay ID,a driver license with a photo and those artifacts.
I dont know why all that fuss,it turns out many of these so called PreColumbian artifacts are made yesterday
