Yes, WISE kills accounts randomly if they see any risky activity. It can be ANY activity, no bulletproof solutions.

To get your funds out, they offer certain procedure. Please contact their support for instructions. Usually they ask for extra verification like making different pictures of your ID and so, and then you need to wait few months for "security checks". I guess they just hope that you will forget about the seized money and will not claim it.

Yes you right. One day wise can easy block your account and ask for additional verification.

Thanks for yours reply, please explain me , today support wise reply me that -If you still have money in your Wise balances when we close your account, we'll work on sending it back to your bank account. But first, we need to carry out due diligence checks. While we do that, your money and information will be safe and secure.

Please reply back to this email and attach a .PDF of your account statement confirming your bank details so we can then refund you back the remaining balance.

So I not add any bank account in my wise account so I need just send him any my working another bank accounts so they can returned back my funds ?

I can’t ,because my account deactivated and I can’t log in ,
therefore, I ask how I will get my money if a bank account is not added and that the support service wrote to me that I need to send them an extract with my bank account. so I don't understand, if I don't have a bank account added and I don't have access to my account right now, does this mean that I just need to send them the requesits of my bank account and they will send the rest of the funds to it?

Send them whatever they ask you to, no workarounds here. Their "Due diligence" checks last 60 business days, so send them your bank account statement to send the funds to, and after 3 months you can bump them again to get them send you your money.

AFAIK, you can only have one personal account but several business accounts as sub-accounts of the personal one.
