Linking Payoneer with US account?

So I just made my first stealth account and
Listed my first item. Ebay wants me to link a bank account
So I was gonna link my Payoneer account.
However I couldnt find a link anywhere on ebay!
Not even their help center mentions Payoneer.
Is Payoneer not linkable with US accounts???

You can try to connect Payoneer bank details to eBay.

You do not use payoneer itself, you use the US receiving bank ACH details, like Bank of America ??? or whatever the receiving account US details are that they gave you, have added payoneer receiving bank account for years no problems at all
