is Payoneer method dead?

I've tried creating some new account this week , but they all ask now for "bank verification " ... ?!!?!?

creating ⊗⊗⊗⊗ / stealth payoneer accounts , doesn't work anymore, because they quickly verify your bank account

Must depend on what country payoneer you are making . No issues here.

Yesterday I have made 2 new Payoneer, all good )
