No. It's a nationwide update slowly being rolled out to all accounts that receive funds.

I had the same problem but managed to resolve it on all my accounts.

They are hitting accounts slowly as they are bring used. If anyone need more information or fixes i might be able to point you inthe right direction.but i cant pm anyone back due to the 50 post limit.

This same thing just happened to me 2k limit guys stay under 2k balance. Hope I can get my money out without it fvcking me.

So is it "tax thing" applicable only to Ontario residents? Anybody have examples of such documents to share with us so we can use it when dealing with Canadian paypal accounts? Please PM me if you have any useful information.
