yeah same, they work well. now next step is to see if it passes first listing. in regards to first listing is it a good idea to list some used books which are probably worth $5-10 as an auction? or are all books considered high risk?

The answer is in the question *new account*. From my experience, I found it impossible to list on a new account.

You have to age the account min 2-3 months, longer the better. Many (like moi) don’t like to wait that long, so you can buy an account that’s aged.

Just individual - I haven't needed to create a new account lately but I was doing find getting higher than normal limits

It seems that it is normal nowadays. Created many many accounts, did browsing, buying a lot... first listing only after a month or two. Still getting this limit, but can be sorted out easily via chat.

i would create a new ebay/paypal
log in a couple times over 3-5 days using my phone hotspot data (new IP)
list one used item such as a HDD
wait 24-48 hours for listing to be added

then list as normal

worked perfect every time until ebay stopped using paypal
