Canadian PayPal Policy changes

Pretty sure most you got that updates to policy email recently but one thing that i noticed is this section

We are requiring that merchants publish customer service information, including at least one email address or customer service URL, and a telephone number, which must be readily accessible for review by merchants’ customers.


Not sure what that means? I get my payments from Streamlabs.com , they show up as Tips or Donations. Not sure if i should be worried?

I think it means if you accept Paypal at your website,you should publish your customer service email and phone number .
