Any way to contact a human on Ebay.ca?

Is there any way to talk to a human? They suspended my account for no reason after trying to list my 1st item. Have had this account for 5 months now. I remember it happened to another account at the time and I was able to speak with someone and they put it back on.

There's an option for chat, or them to call YOU (not sure either are for resolving suspensions) - but the old eBay contact# with a code....have not seen that for weeks.
