Hello.

Has someone get same error ?

This happening only if account is suspended after first listing. Before suspension i can send email to ebay.

After suspension i have this error what is in image.

How to send email ?
Customerhelp@......... is not working if you sending direct from gmail.

Read what i said above, you need to reply from ebay messages from my ebay》》messages not from your email

You can select another category and the option will be available. They will redirect your message to another department.

I had one recently which had option to reply even after 10min they replied cant reinstate the account so seems like your account is gone

You can't reply to it currently. They've taken that option out of the reply now. Pretty sure they did this due to the absurd amount of suspension over the current COVID19 situation.

I was find a way how to send them email regarding about account status, but they reply in 20 min cos your account is suspended, and no any questions and no any appeal option.

I was suspended 2 days ago and I cannot contact Ebay.. How did you fix it?

You need to use different section that Account Suspensions, select anything else and you'll be able to contact them.

Ebay support is junk. The seller is always wrong and the chat bots/Asian slaves are not up to giving an real help
