Get a small cell phone with a sim card from your local shop... you should be able to get some.

Virtual number still work but this depends on the provider you make use of.

physicall sim is not an option for people living outside the country on which they are having an account

I use smsactive all the time and it workeds perfect. You can rent numbers for services for 1 hour to Weeks.
There is a full rent option if you want to.
I never used any other service, I can recommend it!

Hi thanks for you reply . I need to know a few things about mobile with paypal . first do you need to have a mobile to have paypal these days ? im asking cause paypal since a few weeks is asking my mobile each time I want to log in which is really annoying .

2- is it possible to have paypal with a mobile phone from a website ,meaning I dont have a mobile but can a website do that service for me for free or paying website ?

3- is it possible to buy a burner mobile and get those Sim card ? I would like one from Nova Scotia ,Canada

i created the account with real sim number and then changed the number to textnow,after listing items, Planing to use same sim number to creat new ebay account.
