I want it to know if ordering many stuff from China is risky with Canadian customs, by many I mean 3-4 items per month.. Do they have file for each customer..?

Yeah, it's safe...depends where you order. How. Etc.

Dhgate is safest. Alibaba has great deals but is a den of thieves.
