Paypal Limited - eBay going strong - money comes in, how to pay fees to Ebay...

Ok, so as the subject states my Paypal is limited - stealth so I cannot verify ID...government-issued and such, i still cant find my Canadian ID template

On the other side, ebay still going on with sales coming into Paypal.

Now I figure eBay can't take the fees from Paypal to pay off the balance so anyone have a suggestion on what I can use for payment?

Sorry if this question is answered elsewhere but some Canadian flavour is needed ha

Add a gift card on file and pay fees with it.
