Paypal hates vpn's.... you should use dial up from USA to Canada if you can, or use auctiva, or garagepay apps for a mac.
You're not going to avoid the ssn on a Canadian account... not with your intention however. Basically, Canada has a population that is less than California. That means that there are a lot less people selling in Canada.... basically, the paypal canada team is much smaller as a result.... and as a result... they deal with a lot less disputes, ID verification issues... what I'm trying to say is that although Canadian paypal accounts cannot ask for the Canadian ssn (inn I think... or sin?) they can still shut down and limit your activity. I don't see any reason to use a Canadian paypal if you're based in the USA. Why not do the same thing in the states and keep your sales volume under the radar? |
