Cross Border Trade Terms and Conditions

I havent posted anything for a few weeks cause i was on holidays . I signed in and listed a item and got this Cross Border Trade Terms and Conditions . Is this new? Has anything changed ? I didnt know there was a TS for this before?If anybody knows anything labout this let me know.

Were you listing on US site?

If so, then maybe they were just having you agree to an updated version of their Cross Border Trade T&S.

This is new - I use Canadian accounts too but sell on eb ay.com - it's no big issue.

Mostly all Canadians list on ebay.com. The Canadian site is deserted with a few sellers, mainly from USA or China who ship to Canada. :) I've never experienced the issue you listed before - definitely new to everyone from Canada - maybe someone else could shed some light. Perhaps call ebay - and ask them.
